Virnalia Isna Divina

Virnalia Isna Divina relocated to Japan in 1997 to join
the Japanese thriving Venture Capital Industry as an Intern. The Internship Program was arranged by AIESEC* Chapter
of Waseda University and lasted for a 6-month period.
Prior to the relocation, she studied at University of Indonesia, Faculty of Economics, minoring in Finance and Real Estate Investments while working as Assistant GM of a major Indonesian Publishing Company.
 
After having completed the Program, Virna jump-started her career in the Executive Search Industry. She at first joined the Tokyo Branch of a multinational UK-based Company
in July 1998 as an Associate, and moved on to
a Head of Research role at Hudson Global Resources in 0ctober 1999. Hudson is a 7500-people Global Company based in Chicago, USA. At the end of 2004 Virna resigned her latest post at Hudson which was: Head of Real Estate Practice, to set up DIVINA Enterprise in 2005.
